Terms of service

The service

Amigorally is a mobile app and website for organising social padel sessions: generating rotations, recording scores and publishing results pages. It is provided free of charge during this release. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice for anything that affects stored data.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your phone secure; sign out from the app on a device you no longer use.

Hosting a session

• You may only enter players who agreed to take part and to have their name and results shown on the session's share page.
• You may only upload photos you have the right to share, and only of people who agreed to appear on the page.
• Share pages are public to anyone with the link. Do not include anything on a page that should not be public.
• You are responsible for removing a player's name or a photo when asked; the app lets you do both.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to publish unlawful content, to probe or overload our systems, or to scrape share pages at scale. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you enter and upload. You grant us the licence needed to store it, sync it between your devices and display it on the share pages you publish, for as long as you keep it on the service.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We work hard on fair rotations and on never losing a score, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, and we are not liable for disputes between players about the outcome of a session.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is nil.

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes, contact and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Indonesia. Contact: [email protected].
